Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively
  • demonstrates knowledge of floor business, backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment operation
  • prepares meat products such as cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
  • uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experience
  • ensures commitment to operational excellence including quality standards, date control, waste elimination, and proper packaging
  • assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
  • maintains clean, neat, and member-ready work areas
  • complies with company policies and ethics
  • completes work assignments by collaborating with management and communicating progress
  • adapts to change and feedback to improve performance
