Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively
- demonstrates knowledge of floor business, backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment operation
- prepares meat products such as cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experience
- ensures commitment to operational excellence including quality standards, date control, waste elimination, and proper packaging
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- maintains clean, neat, and member-ready work areas
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments by collaborating with management and communicating progress
- adapts to change and feedback to improve performance
