Job Duties

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team
  • communicate with team members and be flexible to business needs
  • demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, backroom procedures, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • prepare meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
  • maintain product quality standards
  • use digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
  • ensure operational excellence by maintaining work area cleanliness and product quality
  • assist members with purchasing decisions
  • properly package, label, and store merchandise
  • model high-quality service and products
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources
  • collaborate effectively with managers, co-workers, and customers
