Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in fresh food or meat cutting preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- demonstrates knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- prepares meat products according to established standards including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area, quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
