Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Demonstrates knowledge of product safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and quality
- Maintains work area cleanliness and ensures quality and date control of meat products
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
