Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates effectively with team members

- demonstrates knowledge of meat processing, safety standards, and equipment operation
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and enhance shopping experience
- ensures work area quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company ethics and policies
- completes work assignments by prioritizing and collaborating across departments
- adapts to change and provides feedback to improve processes
