Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- demonstrates knowledge of business operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- leverages digital tools for sales and operational decisions
- ensures operational excellence, quality control, packaging, and storage are in compliance with company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- complies with company policies and executes assigned tasks, communicating progress and improvement opportunities
