Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in meat cutting or food preparation helpful but not required
- strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs to work in multiple areas
- demonstrates expertise in cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming meat to established standards
- maintains product quality and safety standards
- utilizes digital tools to improve sales and operational efficiency
- ensures compliance with sanitation guidelines and company policies
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- minimizes waste
- complies with company ethics, policies, and procedures
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- adapts to changes and feedback
- promotes high-quality customer service and product knowledge
