Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to the needs of the business
- Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, quality control, and proper packaging and labeling of merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with others, and adapting to changes
