Job Duties

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team
  • demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • prepare meat products according to established standards including cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming, and boneless cutting
  • leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
  • ensure operational excellence by maintaining work area and product quality standards
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
