Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of product safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate and maintain meat cutting and packaging equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask effectively
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with associates and being flexible to business needs
- Demonstrate expertise in backroom operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, and equipment maintenance
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining quality control, eliminating waste, and securing merchandise
- Act as a talent ambassador by advocating for the department and modeling high quality service
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and co-workers, and adapting to change
