Job Duties

  • Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team

  • operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment

  • cuts boneless meat products
  • maintains product quality standards
  • leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
  • utilizes handheld technology for business decisions related to production and quality
  • adapts to new digital tools and encourages others to use them
  • ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area according to company policies
  • enforces quality and date control standards for meat products
  • secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
  • eliminates waste
  • assists members with purchasing decisions
  • ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
  • models high quality service and products
  • executes basic tasks at highest quality level
