Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Suggestive selling knowledge preferred
- Detail oriented
- Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
- Ability to work in varied temperatures and handle exposure to outside weather conditions
- Ability to follow all safety, food safety, and cleaning guidelines

Job Duties
- Order and maintain inventory in your department while utilizing inventory control procedures to ensure product freshness and quality
- Cut and weigh steaks, chops, and other meat products for individual servings
- Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count or weight, condition, and ensure proper storage of products
- Assist Department Manager in managing a team to complete all stocking, production, and additional tasks ensuring product quality and accuracy
- Maintain familiarity with all products in the department and throughout the store
- Communicate and execute weekly and period Flight Plans according to company expectations and timeline
- Follow company policies and use required tools for scheduling, labor control, and payroll expense management
- Implement Our Winning Recipe and model core values and competencies
- Manage staffing, training, performance management, and career development of associates
- Develop and monitor department forecasts
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department following structure of the day and Prime Time standards
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and store safety guidelines, taking immediate corrective action if standards are not met
- Develop plans to meet company goals and key performance indicators
- Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned, including cross-department tasks based on customer needs
