- ability to work in cold environments such as freezers
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to use technology related to retail tasks
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Breaking down frozen pallet deliveries and stocking the meat department
- must be able to work in cold conditions (freezer)
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
