Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • three plus years of leadership experience with at least one year as manager
  • WI Certified Food Manager License or willingness to obtain
  • ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
  • great communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • proficiency with technology and computer systems
  • solid understanding of warehouse stock management and inventory control
  • commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • WI Certified Food Manager License or willingness to obtain with reimbursement

Job Duties

  • Support the Meat Department Manager by leading daily operations in their absence
  • create a positive work environment by training, mentoring, and developing associates
  • collaborate with the Meat Department Manager to conduct performance reviews and corrective actions
  • maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising
  • provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with meat selection and preparation advice
  • maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace in compliance with company standards
  • monitor sales and inventory to maximize department profitability
  • collaborate with store leadership teams to exceed expectations
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • maintain regular, timely attendance according to work schedule
