Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- three plus years of leadership experience with at least one year as manager
- WI Certified Food Manager License or willingness to obtain
- ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- great communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- proficiency with technology and computer systems
- solid understanding of warehouse stock management and inventory control
- commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Support the Meat Department Manager by leading daily operations in their absence
- create a positive work environment by training, mentoring, and developing associates
- collaborate with the Meat Department Manager to conduct performance reviews and corrective actions
- maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising
- provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with meat selection and preparation advice
- maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace in compliance with company standards
- monitor sales and inventory to maximize department profitability
- collaborate with store leadership teams to exceed expectations
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain regular, timely attendance according to work schedule
