Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- In-flight catering experience or customer service experience
- Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass DMV verification process
- Must maintain AOA Badge and Custom Seal
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Checks galleys to ensure cart, carriers and support items are placed correctly on aircraft
- Responds to customer service requests from Dispatch to investigate complaints and service inquiries
- Coordinates distribution of equipment from jet ways back to Unit
- Ensures proper inventory of equipment and support items in meal bank rooms
- Checks specified flights to ensure catering is on time and to specification
- Maintains radio contact with Operations during shift
- Assists in gate and aircraft changes to transfer products timely
- Communicates flight catering deficiencies to Unit operations
