Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • In-flight catering experience or customer service experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass DMV verification process
  • Must maintain AOA Badge and Custom Seal
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Checks galleys to ensure cart, carriers and support items are placed correctly on aircraft
  • Responds to customer service requests from Dispatch to investigate complaints and service inquiries
  • Coordinates distribution of equipment from jet ways back to Unit
  • Ensures proper inventory of equipment and support items in meal bank rooms
  • Checks specified flights to ensure catering is on time and to specification
  • Maintains radio contact with Operations during shift
  • Assists in gate and aircraft changes to transfer products timely
  • Communicates flight catering deficiencies to Unit operations
