Job Requirements

- Detail oriented and organized
- Good basic math skills

- Ability to make operational decisions in challenging situations
- Working knowledge of Unimatic/FIDS
- Good attendance and work performance
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Ability to deal with public and internal staff

Job Duties
- Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors/leads
- Coordinates with meal planners regarding irregularities and changes
- Uses Unimatic/FIDS systems to gather necessary flight information
- Makes sound operational decisions in challenging situations
- Communicates effectively in stressful situations
