Job Requirements

- Some office experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Detail oriented and organized

- Proven communication skills in challenging situations

Job Duties
- Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors and leads
- Coordinates with meal planners regarding irregularities and changes
- Makes sound operational decisions during challenging situations
- Uses Unimatic/FIDS to gather necessary flight information
- Communicates effectively with internal staff and public
