Job Requirements

- working knowledge of Unimatic/FIDS to gather needed information

Job Duties
- Receive incoming calls and coordinate with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- monitor computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading and loading
- provide accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors and leads
- coordinate with meal planners regarding irregularities and changes
- maintain clear communication with internal team members and external customers
- make sound operational decisions in challenging situations
- manage flight schedule and routing coordination efficiently
