Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • no high school diploma, ged or college degree required
  • no experience required
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • capacity to handle cash transactions accurately
  • willingness to learn and complete training
  • ability to maintain clean and organized workspace
  • ability to comply with company and airport safety protocols

Job Duties

  • maintains a high standard of customer service
  • complete all company and airport customer service training
  • process all transactions through the cashier terminal
  • accurately collect parking fees and make change
  • provide routine information to the public
  • verify retrievals (drops) and maintain required records
  • get supervisor approval on exception tickets and assist AVI customers
  • train new hires and maintain training checklists
  • keep assigned booth clean and stocked with supplies
  • manage cash variances for their shift
  • direct traffic as needed
  • adhere to all company and airport safety training
  • perform other assigned operational duties
