Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work some prep cook shifts
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present all hot and cold food products including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials and sauté and grill items
  • Handle all kitchen tasks from opening to closing
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
