Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • obtain and maintain current food handlers' card
  • flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • ability to work in varied weather conditions
  • ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely
  • mental agility and ability to multitask
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and positively

  • ability to perform repetitive movements and work around heat sources and sharp objects

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat customers in a high-volume environment
  • answer phones and direct customers to assigned or preferred seating
  • expedite and deliver food from the kitchen to patrons in a timely manner
  • clear and reset tables
  • restock supplies and perform general cleaning duties
  • maintain excellent customer relations with patrons
  • assist in outdoor seasonal work as needed
