Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly guide for hotel guests
  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance
  • Offer information on local attractions and amenities
  • Make reservations and arrange travel plans
  • Report to the Concierge Supervisor or Front Office Manager
  • Assist with special guest requests
  • Uphold high standards of guest service and professionalism
