Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate customers about the product line
- High level of energy and engagement
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event marketing or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and educate potential customers effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone use for data capture and timekeeping applications
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- Event set up and tear down with ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager
- Maintain high energy and customer engagement throughout events
