Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be at least 16 years old
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow instructions
reliable and punctual
good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior customer service experience is a plus
ability to work well in a team environment
strong communication skills
positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
basic math skills

Job Duties

Greeting customers with a smile
taking accurate food orders
preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
ensuring restaurant cleanliness
ensuring items are well stocked
