This opportunity is with an independent franchisee-owned McDonald's restaurant, a well-known global fast-food brand. While the franchisee operates under a license that allows the use of McDonald's logos and food products, it is a distinct company and separate employer from McDonald's USA. This means all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not influence or manage employment decisions and does not receive or review employment applications. This independent ownership model allows the franchise to maintain local operational flexibility while enjoying the strengths of an internationally recognized brand.
