Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- availability to work mornings, days, evenings, late night, and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must pass any required background checks or assessments
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to adhere to franchise and company policies
- must be able to work full time or part time depending on shift availability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- prior experience in fast food or customer service is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
- operate kitchen equipment and cash registers efficiently
