Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and remain on-call during restaurant hours
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capability to manage financial and operational metrics
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency with administrative duties including payroll and reporting

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability
- Coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to McDonald’s QSC standards and all food safety regulations set by McDonald’s and the State Health Department
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review department performance, identify opportunities, and share updates
- Participate in weekly and monthly leadership meetings
- Manage and analyze the restaurant’s P&L to achieve monthly financial targets
- Oversee the People Department, ensuring hiring needs are met, training is ongoing, employee development is prioritized, and people metrics are reviewed and improved
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including employee documentation, weekly reporting, and payroll processing
- Monitor operational metrics daily and develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Manage labor costs by approving schedule changes, monitoring overtime, and optimizing crew schedules
- Make practical, people-focused decisions such as hiring, terminations, and performance-based raises
- Be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and remain on-call during restaurant operating hours
