- serv safe certified
- hamburger university graduate
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience
- graduation from McDonald's Hamburger University
- technical experience with certifications in OTP2 or OTP3
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support shift and department managers
- coach and improve departmental performance
- hire and develop managerial staff
- manage high volume quick service restaurant operations
