Job Requirements
- serv safe certified
- hamburger university graduate
- experience managing high volume quick service restaurants
- ability to lead and develop a management team
- strong goal-setting and strategic planning skills
- excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- graduate of McDonald's Hamburger University
- technical experience with OTP2 or OTP3 certifications desired
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Shift and Department Managers
- help managers set and achieve their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
