Job Requirements

  • serv safe certified
  • hamburger university graduate
  • experience managing high volume quick service restaurants
  • ability to lead and develop a management team
  • strong goal-setting and strategic planning skills
  • excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • graduate of McDonald's Hamburger University
  • technical experience with OTP2 or OTP3 certifications desired
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Shift and Department Managers
  • help managers set and achieve their goals
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
