Job Requirements
- Serv Safe certified
- Hamburger University graduate
- Previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Graduate of McDonald's Hamburger University
- Technical certifications in OTP2 or OTP3 preferred
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving operational goals
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting and exceeding McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support a team of Shift and Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
- Assist managers in setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient restaurant operations
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
