Job Requirements

  • Serv Safe certified
  • Hamburger University graduate
  • Previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Graduate of McDonald's Hamburger University
  • Technical certifications in OTP2 or OTP3 preferred
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving operational goals

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting and exceeding McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support a team of Shift and Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • Assist managers in setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient restaurant operations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
