Job Requirements
- Serv Safe certified
- Graduation from McDonald’s Hamburger University
- Proven experience managing high-volume restaurants
- Ability to lead and develop management teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high-volume restaurants
- Graduation from McDonald’s Hamburger University
- Certification in OTP2 or OTP3 preferred
- Experience in quick service restaurant industry
- Background in hospitality or retail management is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Lead and develop a team of Shift and Department Managers
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Coach team members to improve departmental performance
- Oversee hiring and training of managers
- Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
