Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle (RMHC Triangle) is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to providing a supportive "home away from home" for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving specialized medical care in the Triangle North Carolina area. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of nonprofit, food and beverage, or sales/marketing experience
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for RMHC mission
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish desired

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction for McDonald’s funding strategies like purchase-enabled gifts and customer giving
  • Build and maintain relationships with McDonald’s field office, business unit, owner/operators, vendors, and customers
  • Collaborate with McDonald’s advertising and PR agencies and RMHC Development Team
  • Manage communication, data, and updates across McDonald’s Owner/Operators and organizations
  • Develop and implement incentive programs for director of operations, supervisors, and general managers
  • Organize customer recognition events and community engagement programs at McDonald’s restaurants
  • Maintain RMHC database and coordinate with volunteer and development committees
