This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding and food products, operating the restaurant as a standalone business entity separate from McDonald's corporate organization. As such, employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling are fully managed by the franchisee, who will be your direct employer. Job Requirements
- Friendly fast organized and want to work in a clean environment
- Must have a strong desire to make our guests happy
- Must be at least 16 years of age (some locations hire 14 and 15 year olds)
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to franchisee policies and procedures
- Capable of working in a team setting
- Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
