Job Requirements
- Open availability including morning and day shifts, dinner, late night and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic food handling knowledge a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience for management roles
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and handle food according to safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with training new employees
- Support shift managers and team leads in daily operations
- Manage inventory and supplies as needed
