Job Requirements

  • Open availability including morning and day shifts, dinner, late night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic food handling knowledge a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience for management roles
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
  • Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and handle food according to safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Support shift managers and team leads in daily operations
  • Manage inventory and supplies as needed
