Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, late nights, and weekends
- Open availability to cover various shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
