Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- at least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- experience in an upscale or luxury dining environment preferred
- hotel or resort experience preferred
- experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis
- Maricopa County Food Handler Card
- TIPS certification
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays

- Title IV certification, preferred
- ServSafe certified, preferred
- CPR or First Aid certified, preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- check guests for proper identification
- input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for each guest and personnel guests including those served by other servers to maintain accountability of all beverages served
- receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of all supplies
- maintain stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
- maintain and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- lock up and store all beverage, food and other items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
