Job Requirements

  • Availability in Lowell, Chelmsford, Dracut, Westford, Dunstable, and surrounding areas
  • Willingness to work short hour cases
  • Ability to drive or take public transportation to cases
  • Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required
  • Proficient in English
  • Reliable transportation or access to public transit
  • Commitment to compassionate client care

  • Proficient in English
  • Previous experience in client care or similar role preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working in diverse home environments

Job Duties

  • Provide direct client care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living
  • Promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement
  • Communicate effectively and work independently
  • Identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate conditions appropriately
  • Adapt to diverse client homes and respect various personalities and behaviors
