Job Requirements
- Availability in Lowell, Amesbury, and surrounding areas
- Willingness to work short hour cases
- Ability to drive or take public transportation to cases
- Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required
- Proficient in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle diverse client needs and personalities

Job Duties
- Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
- Provide direct client care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed
- Support clients in activities of daily living
- Promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement
- Communicate effectively and work independently
- Identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate conditions
- Work respectfully with diverse client personalities and behaviors
