Job Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification
  • Availability to work short hour cases
  • Ability to drive or use public transportation
  • Proficient in English
  • Availability in Lowell, Amesbury, and surrounding areas
  • Commitment to providing compassionate client care
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification
  • Proven experience in home health care or personal care services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
  • Provide direct client care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living
  • Promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement
  • Communicate effectively and work independently
  • Identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate conditions
  • Work respectfully in diverse client homes
