Job Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Must work every other weekend including evening and overnight shifts
- Ability to assist with personal care tasks including bathing dressing grooming toileting
- Capability to prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to observe and report patient health changes
- Commitment to confidentiality and client dignity
Job Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of patient observation techniques
- Experience in nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
- Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients fostering a positive environment
- Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living space for clients
- Conduct patient observation to monitor health changes and report any concerns to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist clients with mobility including lifting or transferring as needed ensuring safety at all times
