Job Requirements
- Open availability including mornings, days, evenings, weekends
- Willingness to work various shifts including late nights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow company policies and food safety standards
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate kitchen and front-of-house equipment safely
- Assist in training new employees as required
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support team leaders and management as needed
