Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA
- prior experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or product
- strong structured thinking and executive communication skills
- AI-first mindset and experience applying AI tools to business workflows
- comfort working with data such as SQL, dashboards, or analytical models
- interest in automation, AI, and large-scale operational systems
- a successful candidate will not require sponsorship

Job Duties
- Own a defined APD product or business problem such as throughput, labor efficiency, or scalability
- lead structured discovery across product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
- analyze operational and financial data to frame tradeoffs and prioritize solutions
- develop product recommendations including problem definition and success metrics, solution options and tradeoffs, pilot or rollout considerations
- use AI tools to accelerate synthesis, modeling, and communication
- present findings to product and leadership forums
