Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA
  • prior experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or product
  • strong structured thinking and executive communication skills
  • AI-first mindset and experience applying AI tools to business workflows
  • comfort working with data such as SQL, dashboards, or analytical models
  • interest in automation, AI, and large-scale operational systems
  • a successful candidate will not require sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Own a defined APD product or business problem such as throughput, labor efficiency, or scalability
  • lead structured discovery across product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
  • analyze operational and financial data to frame tradeoffs and prioritize solutions
  • develop product recommendations including problem definition and success metrics, solution options and tradeoffs, pilot or rollout considerations
  • use AI tools to accelerate synthesis, modeling, and communication
  • present findings to product and leadership forums
