Job Requirements
- previous experience in a kitchen working with a team
- basic knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen equipment
- baking science knowledge a plus
- strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and interact with customers
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- flexibility to work early evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- currently food safety certified

Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to established recipes
- perform food prep, line work, assembly, plating and serving
- operate point of sale and handle cash transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service area
- adhere to KCMO Food Handling Safety Protocol and Regulations
- collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties
- follow all company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
