Job Duties
- assist in preparing high-quality ingredients for gourmet dishes
- serve as an event chef on-site at various event locations
- oversee the execution and plating of dishes at events
- prepare a range of gourmet meals from appetizers to entrées and desserts
- follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures
- assist in meal plating and presentation
- support inventory management and stock organization
- set up event kitchens and assist with transportation of equipment
- work closely with executive chef, kitchen staff, and event managers
