Job Duties

  • assist in preparing high-quality ingredients for gourmet dishes
  • serve as an event chef on-site at various event locations
  • oversee the execution and plating of dishes at events
  • prepare a range of gourmet meals from appetizers to entrées and desserts
  • follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures
  • assist in meal plating and presentation
  • support inventory management and stock organization
  • set up event kitchens and assist with transportation of equipment
  • work closely with executive chef, kitchen staff, and event managers
