Job Requirements
- Weekend availability is a requirement
- Must be able to follow health code and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have legal authorization to work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Ensure prep, cooking, and serving utensils are cleaned to health code standards
- Assist in food preparation during off-peak business periods
- Follow health code guidelines for receiving, rotating and storing products
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- Support other team members in a positive and personable manner
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly
