Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience, but not more than 10 years, in a fast-paced operational environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience integrating systems within an AS400 environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supervise materials operations to ensure components are available on time to support bottling and production schedules
- Own and maintain MRP data, parameters, and ordering requirements to ensure accuracy and forward-looking material planning
- Create purchase orders, oversee receipt of direct materials, and ensure accurate inventory transactions in company systems
- Lead cycle counts, manage aging or at-risk inventory, and support FIFO and inventory turn initiatives
- Partner with Purchasing, Planning, and Bottling teams to prevent material-related downtime and improve service levels
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost savings projects while meeting assigned KPIs and budget targets
