Job Requirements
- Experience or training sufficient to perform the duties of the position, supported by detailed resume descriptions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy boxes frequently over 40 lbs
- Willingness to work in varied conditions including hot, cold, drafty, and poorly lit storage environments
- Capability to work outdoors on docks and in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle hazardous materials safely

Job Qualifications
- Experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of a warehouse worker leader
- Knowledge of dexterity and safety practices
- Ability to interpret instructions and specifications other than blueprint reading
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with materials handling and technical warehouse practices
- Understanding of work practices relevant to logistics and distribution
Job Duties
- Lead warehouse workers in the receiving and distribution area
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks and shipments
- Manage inventory by organizing and tracking supplies and materials
- Oversee the handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations
- Maintain storage areas including warehouses, pods, and trailers under a variety of environmental conditions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
