Job Requirements
- Show evidence of training or experience sufficient to perform the duties of the position
- Pass a screening evaluation based on dexterity, safety, leadership, materials knowledge, and technical work practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting over 40 pounds
- Available to work in the warehouse environment
- Willingness to lead and supervise a team of Materials Handlers

Job Duties
- Serve as a lead over a group of Materials Handlers
- Receive, store, select, and ship general and specialized bulk and bin materials and equipment
- Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily materials handling activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and work practices
- Interpret instructions and specifications related to warehouse processes
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and offloading heavy items frequently over 40 pounds
