Job Requirements
- Must be a Colorado state resident
- Pass full background and reference checks
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work scheduled shifts and overtime
- Comply with all departmental policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Three years of relevant experience in related occupation
- Combination of education and/or experience totaling three years
- Experience in inventory management and logistics
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and storage procedures
- Good organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for satellite kitchens
- Accept and verify delivery of food, beverages, and supplies
- Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items promptly
- Maintain inventory storage including temperature monitoring and FIFO practices
- Handle returned items verifying dates and quantities
- Adjust workflow for supply shortages or equipment issues
- Assemble, weigh, and distribute food preparation orders
- Scale recipes using English measurements
- Control inventory of non-food supplies and replenish stock
- Support maintenance and organization of multiple storage locations
- Complete physical inventory counts and reconcile records
- Participate in production planning meetings
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Load food, supplies, and equipment for delivery following requisitions
- Verify load slips, inspect goods for compliance
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies safely
- Maintain and clean material handling equipment
- Follow delivery safety requirements including background and driver license reviews
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organize waste disposal and secure docks
- Process paperwork including invoices and logs
- Monitor and document temperatures of storage units
- Label and date incoming and outgoing supplies
- Dispose of dented cans and expired products
- Store hazardous chemicals per Safety Data Sheets
- Follow safety procedures when receiving deliveries and using equipment
- Open and close production kitchen ensuring security
- Report unsafe conditions like spills or improper storage
