Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of relevant work experience or a combination of related education and experience equal to three years
- ability to pass a full background and reference check
- valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record check
- willingness to work four 10-hour shifts Sunday through Wednesday with possible evenings, weekends, or holidays
- ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and commercial equipment
- Colorado state residency
- adherence to department safety, security, and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Three years of relevant experience in a related occupation
- ability to manage inventory and supply logistics
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices including HACCP
- experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- familiarity with scheduling and workflow adjustments in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Manages inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring orders are accurately packed and dispatched for multiple satellite kitchens
- accepts deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies from approved vendors and resolves discrepancies
- monitors and maintains inventory storage, including temperature control and product rotation
- assembles, weighs, and distributes orders for food preparation and service
- utilizes material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- adheres to safety and sanitation standards including HACCP guidelines
- completes physical inventory counts and maintains accurate records
